Early Life and Family Support
Mannu grew up in a very loving and supportive family. His parents keep their names private, but they always encouraged him to follow his dreams. He also has an older sister who has been there for him every step of the way.

In 2023, he reached a major milestone by setting a record in the 83kg Junior category at the Sub Junior and Junior National Powerlifting Championship. In that event, he managed to squat 290.5kg, a feat that made him stand out in the powerlifting community. This achievement was a clear sign that his early start and continuous effort were paying off.

No journey is without problems, and Mannu’s path has not been free of challenges. In the same year that he set his record, he took part in the 93kg Junior Asian Classic Powerlifting Championship. Unfortunately, Mannu was disqualified at this event. This setback was a hard moment for him, as many expected him to perform well.

Mannu Chaudhary also shares his life and training outside of competitions through his YouTube channel, MannuLifts. On his channel, he posts videos about his fitness journey, training routines, and highlights from competitions.The videos are friendly and honest, and they show both the hard work and the everyday challenges of a rising powerlifter.
Mannu Chaudhary’s controversy with Rajat Dalal
At one point, another powerlift and ex-Bigg Boss contestant Rajat Dalal accused him of using performance-enhancing substances. Mannu strongly denied these claims. The situation grew even more serious when Mannu reported that he received death threats from Rajat.
However, Mannu chose to face the issue directly. In an Instagram live session, both he and Rajat talked and sorted the matter in front of their followers.
Joining MTV Roadies

Recently, Mannu took another big step in his journey by joining the latest season of MTV Roadies, titled “Double Cross.” This show is known for its tough challenges and unexpected twists.
