Early Life and Family
Born in Boston but raised around the world, Alexis spent time in England and Switzerland before settling in Fayetteville, At just eight years old, she released her debut single, Higher Than the Mountains (2008).
Her father, a U.S. Navy veteran and the son of Armenian immigrants who fled genocide played a major role in shaping her patriotic values. In an interview with the Independent Women’s Forum, she said,

While most country artists stick to music, Wilkins has taken a different route—she’s also a rising conservative voice. Times of India has reported that she currently serves as the Press Secretary for Representative Abe Hamadeh (R-Ariz.), splitting her time between Nashville and Washington, D.C.
Beyond politics, she actively supports veteran organizations, including Warrior Rounds, Operation Stand Down, and Musicians on Call (performing in VA hospitals). She is also involved with the John Wayne Cancer Foundation.

Their relationship has been in the public eye, especially after Patel’s appointment as FBI Director in February 2025. Alexis Wilkins was seen sitting with Patel’s family during his Senate confirmation hearing. At his swearing-in ceremony on February 20, 2025, Wilkins held the Bhagavad Gita while Attorney General Pam Bondi administered the oath.
